2. Booking and Service Confirmation
Customers are required to confirm their booking through our website, email, or telephone before the scheduled relocation date. Accurate information regarding pickup and delivery addresses, the list of goods, and any special handling requirements must be provided at the time of booking. Any modifications to the booking should be communicated as early as possible to avoid service disruptions or additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Service charges are determined based on factors such as the quantity of goods, travel distance, type of relocation, packing requirements, storage needs, and any additional services requested.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking, while the remaining balance must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. Packing and Safe Handling
Our team uses quality packing materials and industry-approved techniques to protect your belongings throughout the relocation process. Customers are requested to inform us in advance about fragile, valuable, or specialty items requiring additional care. For high-value goods, obtaining independent insurance coverage is strongly recommended.

5. Transportation Services
We transport goods using professionally maintained vehicles and modern equipment to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery schedules are provided for convenience but may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, road restrictions, or government regulations. We shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from such events.

6. Warehousing and Storage
We provide secure storage solutions for both short-term and long-term requirements. Customers must disclose the nature of the goods being stored before storage begins. Hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable goods, and prohibited items are not permitted in our storage facilities.

7. Customer Responsibilities

8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Damage to goods packed by the customer or third parties.
• Delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information, restricted site access, or customer-related circumstances.

9. Insurance
Customers are encouraged to arrange suitable insurance coverage for valuable belongings before transportation. Although Shubh Packers and Movers does not directly provide insurance services, we can assist customers in connecting with reputable insurance providers whenever required.

10. Restricted Items
The following items cannot be accepted for transportation or storage:

• Explosives, hazardous chemicals, and flammable materials.
• Perishable food products and other biodegradable goods.
• Illegal substances, contraband, or any item prohibited under applicable law.

11. Cancellation or Refusal of Service
Shubh Packers and Movers reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any booking if false information is provided, prohibited goods are involved, unlawful activities are suspected, or these Terms and Conditions are violated.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
